Bring a resume and LOR's with you. They may not ask for a copy but it's ALWAYS a good idea to hand them 3 different LOR's.

Agreed

Every time that I have ever interviewed for a job, I brought a few resumes in a folder. When I went in for the interview, I would shake each persons hand, and then give each person interviewing me a copy of my resume.

You control your resume, and what is on it. It should be the best stuff about you. If you hand them your resume, it is likely what they are going to look at when they interview you.

You are expected to interview with suit, resume, logbook and any other paperwork, i.e. If you have something in your background, commendations, copy of college transcripts and diploma, military discharge and anything else.

If you want to be a professional pilot, interview as a professional pilot. If you wear a pilot uniform and are communiting in after coming of a trip, your pilot uniform is fine, just make sure it is fresh. US airways used to make people wear their uniform. When they arrived for the interview you were asked to leave if you were a mess.

You won't be tested on the limitations till the 2nd week. Immediate actions in the 3rd week.

How long is new hire training taking right now? Has it come down from 6 months?

Is it true you have guys coming from 135 commuter operations going straight to captain at PDT? A friend of mine says so, but I though one needed 121 turbine time. Just wondering

I believe they were able to reduce the gaps to a few weeks, if any.

SOE is the holdup right now but that is being rectified. I finished sims 8/2, do my jumpseats next Wednesday then probably another 2-3 week wait for SOE after that.
