Anybody hear about us taking on 3 airplanes? Supposedly 2 stretch models from Iberia express and then getting a -EX plane back that was only a short term lease and is back on the market. Just something I heard from a sked committee guy the other day. I guess Cactus wants us to fly more and ****mont said no more flying without airframes.

I'm wondering if that is what's driving all the recalls lately?

The iberia 300s have PW123Es. How would that work with the rest of the 300 123s

If that is true, great for you guys. However, Parker in this last crew news specifically said, PSA and PDT WILL NOT be getting airplanes. They simply do not have the money to do so. Parker also said that your airframes have a couple more years, that buys them time till the new 2015 Mesa expiration date of the new and improved contract.

Some of them have a few more years. The oldest ones have less.

907 and 908 have to be right on it's tail. I wouldn't think it would be that quick. I think its good until at least 2012. Mx in ROA said that it has like 76,??? cycles on it or something close to it if I recall correctly.

According to Steve in the recent Speedword, 906 will time out in early 2013 with 4 other aircraft following suite in late 2013.

So, looks like we have another 3 years...Take it for what it's worth.

Bases on average usage, mid 2012 it gets parked. According to MX last month, they looked up cycles on 906 and based on avg, it had ~1.5years left.

I bet they don't have any hot chicks like the one in the cockpit picture of those -300's running around at the chicken coop!

10 more recalls coming on next bid, not four. Not sure if upgrades are changing.
