Well i can tell you that the way things are going with piedmont: Everybody is looking for a way out! well a lot of junior guys mostly. Two guys from my class of 2007 left to go else were because there is just not great movement to obtain a left seat. The company is not willing to pay market price to get some used dash, so there is no growth in that area. Most junior captains are looking for jobs but not many of them are getting pick up right now! The senior fo that was downgraded is just comfortable with the QOL of a good line, so really no movement. Piedmont is a decent place but just not a lot of opportunities as far as growth. All our attrition is mostly base on peoples getting out, zero growth.

Those interviewing are from the hiring pool...which sucks, since we already interviewed w them once and got hired.

Don't know which downgrades you have been talking to, but all I have talked to want to upgrade me included so we can get the hell out of here. Other than that yeah not much growth in the near future.

I know who he was talking to. He's been trying to downgrade since the canceled bid they had early this year. So, yes people want QOL. And He's one of them. If you're wondering who, look at the LGA list, he's there.

Did Bob say when the new hire class dates might be?

Best of luck to those who are reinterviewing. If it's a Feb class I guess I should be expecting at phone call from JB next week.

A lot less than orginally planned since it only applies for people 58 and older (55 at the time). I know of a few who really wanted it but are only 56 and 57.
