The 200's is just another decoy piedmont uses to control attrition. And somehow a lot of peoples are still buying the coolaid. Just like they say mainline will mostly hire from pdt and psa in 2012, yeah let's see. Overall pdt is a great company for skillful low timers to build time and move on, beside that there is really nothing left in this place to look forward to.

As the rumors come and go I become more and more certain that PDT only exists to provide income to a select group of 5 or 6 people at the top of the chain, and they are all ready to retire. Other than that, I don't think the good ol' boys club cares much what happens after their friends are done.

At least the new hires are leaving as fast as they can hire them. It makes me feel like I haven't wasted my breath.

As far as the -200s go, why do you guys believe ANY of the propaganda that this snake "management" team tells us? My icon is a -200 difference packet from over two years ago. Remember the PHX flying??

Update your resumes boys and girls! This place is going to implode because people can't run away fast enough. My prediction: they'll park airplanes because they can't staff them.

How often are new people leaving after being hired? Or is your comment just in reference to FO's hired 2-3 years ago?

With training department failing half of the classes, attrition at all time high, and ATP rule in near future, seems like a recipe for disaster

I picked up a plane from an ioe instructor the other day and he said something about junior mans. I commented on how it seems like we've been hiring and upgrading for awhile now and he said they leave as fast as they can hire them (talking about the new guys).

If it makes you feel any better, I can post the cover of my -200 differences book from 1995. Remember Florida flying?

Agreed, but to be fair the fail rate is only about 19% according to a recent FIL.
