Yeah exactly, crew concept. As in, a guy with 1000 hours e145 FO time from expressjet and a green FO thrown together in a dash don't make for a great crew concept, do it Billy?
Thanks for commenting on my confidence as a pilot though..?

We're talkin CA with 2500TT, 1000 E145 time, and 50 hours in the dash with johnny from ERAU whose got 1000TT, 100 hours dash time, still trying to figure out where the flying F the G1000 went and wondering when he'll finally be able to grow some facial hair

Mistakes are made at every level. But you'll find if you follow SOP's and use common sense at the same time having each others back it will work out fine.

The rumor was that the FAA was not happy about a portion of the training and some lacking systems knowledge, and that there have been some issues on the line that they are not happy with. Something about unstable approaches and too many ASAP incidents in a short period of time (ATC violations on arrivals primarily).
I don't know if true at all, but that has been the work in the crew rooms in DCA and PHL for a few days now. I even heard people talking about it in PHX.

I wouldn't be surprised. Seems like they tried to get this program together without the help of any outside vendor. Kinda like trying to get a 145 program from a Cracker Jacks Box.
This along with brutal schedules and worn out planes I'm not surprised. Plus people filling out ASAP reports for any little stupid reason can set off the FAA.
If this is true it's going to be very interesting.
