Yes, as far as I know we do not have a full blown DEC program. Accordingly, we do not have a position open as a Captain on our website. You have to complete FO SOE before you can bid and be awarded a Captain position.

My goodness! It's a short upgrade and a flow. Get in and get your Upgrade and Flow Number. Don't make more out of it then it is.

Many would've died for this chance 10 years ago.

Died for this chance???

Compass Airlines was started 10 years ago, in 2006, with a quick upgrade and a flow.

Don't make more out of it then it is.

You heard right. DEC program has been approved but not implemented yet. Won't be impemented until CA slots can't be covered by new hires.

The Dash has a DEC program, jet will soon follow
Spot on. That guy goes to pretty much every regional thread and throws out passive aggressive question/statements.

Daolddumbman... We haven't retired one dash yet.. Not one... Were are now 48 aircraft in the fleet.. This time last year we were at 37.. We start taking 2 to 3 145s a month in January.. That's a lot of growth to me.. I've been saying it for a year.. Get here.. Get in soon... Still the same advice.. I'm now 1.5 years from flowing and will make well over 60k next year and I'm an fo with 14 to 15 days off a month.. Oh and I just fly a turboprop..

When were you hired? I thought they were flowing 2004 hires currently.

Lots of AWAC FOs jumping, smart move on their part. If I were there or XJT or even SkyW at the bottom of a big list I'd make the jump in a heartbeat.
