On a side note.....I heard on the employee bus the other day CRJ-900's are not Cat 2 certified. Is this true?

Wow, that's a nice shiny looking -9! I hear it even has first class.

How much are you getting paid again to fly that thing?

Here's the -9 F/O payscale:

Yr Rate
1..............$52
2..............$72
3..............$84
4..............$86
5..............$88
6..............$90

That's enough for now, since it will change again in 2010, 2011, 2012...

Oh, wait you meant the CRJ-900 regional jet, right?

Wow, no Cat II?!? I hear that Mesaba's superior "9's" are all equipped with Cat IIIB autoland.

Seriously though, the CR9 is a great aircraft when configured with only 76 seats. Enjoy the climb.

WOW, 2 FMS's and not CAT II? I'd imagine that SKW will shell out the money soon to take care of that minor problem. Not even our CR9's have 2 FMS’s; they must think highly of an ASA FO since the 4200 has a history of cross-locking. Maybe DAL has some island flying planned for them.

Are the pay rates any different for the 900?

Will this bring back furloughs?
