Not true. Those are the sequences that people need off but can't get a PVD or something like it. Those are the ones I'm talking about. If I need the time, and someone needs to go to a wedding I feel no guilt for taking that trip because they would otherwise not have gotten off for this trip.

I am kind of in awe of this.. What if the union strongly suggested that no one pick up OT in order to make a statement to the company. Would that change your mind about it?
