Your absolutely right! Because they go above and beyond! So that’s why I don’t always tip. Because rarely have I seen above and beyond service.

Though, tipping the van driver they day before if you have a good chanc it will be the same driver, can be a positive ROI.

Yeah. I was a van driver at one point on my illustrious journey to becoming a regional airline first officer.

And no. I don't tip every time.

That said, if they show up on time, they drive like a sane person, don't have the radio blasting, aren't talking on the phone or texting, know the meaning of basic climate control, and believe in personal hygiene, they get tipped. Lately it's been rare that anyone can satisfy those basic desires.

I did all that, and still didn't get tipped half the time. Wasn't upset about it. Tips weren't something I expected or felt entitled to. I made $11 an hour, which seemed pretty standard for the area. Actually I kind of enjoyed the job. Beat sitting at a desk in a call center or doing any of the other things that I had as options at that point.

That combined with living in mom's basement until they are in their 30s leaves more money for craft beers and whatever SJW cause they are into that week.

Feel free to pass my name up the chain there if you want.

If you are going to lie about your real identity at least use a name that is somewhat believable, like Bruce Willis for example.

To be fair, you did live in your moms basement and 40. Let’s just agree that throwing around assumptions about people based on one aspect of their lives isn’t always the most accurate way to determine their worth.

ohh you mean from from that stupid movie. No, I’m named after it. My parents are huge sci fi fans. I promise you that’s my name. If you want I’ll email you a copy of our seniority list.

What’s your company email address?

Thanks for so clearly proving my theory correct.

At least you are consistent. Some turds don’t have their peanuts as evenly distributed.

Are you writing a thesis about peanuts in ****? Maybe you can get together with that girl that drinks her dog's ****...good combo. Again, not into people's interpretations of my tipping practices because it doesn't matter!

lolz, like totally dude! Your parents even changed your last name because they loved a mediocre movie so much. Totally believable!!! yeah, nobody is falling for that, even the person you told the lie to.
