CMR is too cheap to have ACARS installed

This guy worked at Expressjet as well for over three years out of ORD. He'd go out of his way every leg to write something up.None of the captains could stand to fly with him due to all his constant BS.

XJT also tried to fire him but he got his job back. A couple weeks ago he left for PSA. He'll likely be fired there too.

See ya Shane!

For anyone reading this. Do not hire Shane Sitts as an employee. You'll soon regret it!

No idea. All I know is this guy is about him vs. the world. At first glance it looks like he was fired wrongly from Comair. I can't speak for that and don't give a rip really.

What I do know is EVERY single person who flew with this guy at XJT hated his guts for what he did here. They had to change the FOM so only CA's could write things up. Reason being is because he'd show up to the plane and as the CA would introduce himself/herself he'd say "oh I wrote up (insert worthless non issue) and maintenance is on the way" and cause a 4 to 6 hour delay for absolutely NOTHING.

It was all his little game.

At least he wrote it up before the flight took off and did not call the FAA after the fact..

He sounds like a pretty litigious fella...are you sure that this is a good idea?

What a turn of events. This thread when it was started.. 6 years ago everyone was praising this sap for his actions, now everyone is tearing into his life. I know his type though, and he's a disease to company culture and moral.
