We need to get staffed big time! our schedules are getting absolutely insane! 7 and 8 leg days....what a bunch of cr@p!! Ive heard that proper staffing means 10.3 pilots per airplane....dont ask how they got a decimal in there....but based on the current amount of pilots to airplanes?? we are about 70 guys short! If one more major decides to have a hiring spree I we will be screwed!! |

I believe so. He was CFI at Flightsafety that probably had some deep connections. |

I work at FlightSafety and havent heard of anyone getting hired at AWAC.(other than someone who is no longer with us, more than 600 hours however.) On a lighter note, my application hasn't even been looked at yet, and I put it in 2 or so weeks ago. Someone "connect" me!

yeah, well, i have over 1300TT and 500 multi and can't get a call but a girl working at our company just got hired there with 900/15. She had no connections either!!! ***?
