I don't know. My point is that they could have said you would live in one of Hussein's presidential palaces and it wouldn't have meant much without a contract. Don't even know what the certification had to do with it anyways.

I wasn't to good to fly worn out Turbo Props and pistons twins 30 years ago. I flew for thousands of hours in them to build time and experience where I could get a job flying bigger and better equipment. Up until the mid 90's, you had to have around 5,000 hours to even be considered for a National or Major. Twenty years later, a regional run by a complete and total scumbag, buys my company, guts it, and locks me out of a job and replaces me with willing minions who undercut not just me, but the entire industry. Oh well, back to filling for unemployment.
Call a spade a spade and stop blaming us for our existence.

Wow. Sounds like someone needs a kick in the knuts. It WAS a legacy. Now it's worth nothing, kind of like your attitude.

That Kleenex Corporate Flight Department was known for its outstanding customer service. Midwest received more National awards in one year than Republic has had in its entire existence. We were in demand all over the country for our Charters. Trips you could only dream about doing. I flew all sorts of Professional athletes, NBA, NHL, MLB and College football teams and basketball teams. Hollywood charters and Political charters I flew Military charters that carried heroes who were wounded in war and were chartered by my airline due to its outstanding customer care from its flight attendants. My former company was an innovator of the Cass system that you now use to jump seat around in posing as a Midwest pilot. We were the highest paid National Airline in country until we were raped by TPG/NWA and your company. You don't want to refer to us as a legacy and that's fine. But in return, I will refer to you for what you really are, a commuter airline run by a corporate Cockroach whose mission is to destroy the industry as we know it and the livelihoods of innocent people who happen to be in the way of his precious little company. You want to see the destruction you and your company have caused? Just ask any Lynx or Yx employee what they think. You won't like their answer either.

I know who you are talking about. He's a good man and a heck of a pilot. To bad he lost his job to a dirtball outfit like RAH.
