I certainly wouldn't wish this on any of my former Lynx friends. I think the last thing any of them want is anything to do with RAH. I for one hope they can move on to other companies that will treat them with the respect they deserve and pay them at the professional rate they exhibit.
Have you seen their payrates? They were hardly getting paid a professional rate. Dont act like they got furloughed from Southwest to go fly at Go, just because we have 190s without a payrate right now, compare the 70 seat pay at both companies.
Lynx Year 6: CA 63/hr, FO 33/hr (max payscale year)
Republic Year 6: CA 73/hr, FO 37/hr (CA hit 108/hr at year 20)
Anyhoo, we'll see you guys online faster than you think. Good luck.

Lets say we do get recalled to RAH, will it be in Denver? Will the Midwest pilots get the 190's in MKE? Or will we all be able to bid into the system as our seniority permits? If it's the last, commuting for an RJ job even at your pay rates in not acceptable. I will probably eat my words but no thanks.

Im on 4th year F/O pay, I am at $38.88/hr (AFTER A PAYCUT)
We all really need to negotiate much higher payrates, this has got to stop

Yes, XJT's CBA, even post-concessions, is superior to the RAH CBA. Yes, that's disappointing. Air Wisconsin's CBA is concessionary from 2003 and is still among the very best in the industry (and damn near beats ASA's 2007 contract!).
That said, don't ever let yourself be mistakenly or purposefully naive of the circumstances surrounding each airline's situation.

What do you think Midwest Airlines is now? You and your fellow pilots are the "Alter-ego". Do you Republic guys ever think before you post about what some other airline has or hasn't done? Also, do you ever stop and look in the mirror and ask yourself why you work at RAH? Do you not see what you are doing? Again, Pot, meet Kettle.

It seems like every time management comes to a pilot group with a new aircraft type we jump for joy without thinking of the pay rate for that equipment. The naive are the ones who are too excited for "expansion" and a shiny airplane to care about the career. Thats why you see 74 seat turbo-props and 99 seat RJ's flying for the same old rate that those companies used to pay for saabs and 50 seat rjs respectively. It really is self defeating.
Pilots need to realize our own worth before we take another step towards a our current future of somebody being happy retiring at a regional making 80 grand a year. Look at the article on airlinepilotcentral.com about how our medical standards are becoming more strict while our jobs have entailed longer hours, less pay, less time off off, and more stressfull then in the past. We are doing this to ourselves.

XJT's 2004 CBA was negotiated 1. after RAH's 2003 CBA and 2. while you were the exclusive jet operator for CAL. RAH's CBA was negotiated with 1. a looming threat for an alter-ego Republic Airlines and 2. months after Mesa signed their abortion of a 2003 CBA. Since then, you guys also got a contract extension that extended those payrates as you spooled up branded/charter ops.

your 100% right, thats why RAH really needs to negotiate a solid payrate for the larger airplane
enough with the excuses

I never have worked for RAH.
I haven't been employed in the 121 world for over 2 years now.
Your current personal beef with the Midwest/Frontier situation (valid as though it may be), does not change the reality of the CHQ 2003 CBA or the XJT 2004 CBA.
...which is what I was talking about.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say EVERYBODY employed by RAH would agree with you that they "really need to negotiate a solid payrate for the larger airplane".
They're in negotiations which means they're working on it...let's all save our righteous indignation toward RAH pilots until after they approve a substandard TA, if that indeed happens...shall we?

People need to remember that Republics CBA was negotiated before they even had 70 seaters. The 70 seaters were just a pipe dream and 190s? Not even on the radar. Personally I'm surprised the negotiating committee even had the forethought to put in place 75-99 seat rates.
How many turboprop regionals have actually have Airbus rates? Some things you just dont expect.
