Kindly explain how going around and advertising - on a one to one in person basis - a cargo service; and then renting an airplane and flying said cargo is within the FAR's without an air carrier certificate of some type.... have you read 119 & 135? Yes, a commerical pilot may fly those flights, but to hold out the service (commonly called advertising - which is what you did when you went soliciting) drops it squarely into a 135 operation, which trips a whole new set of rules and requirements.

Damn, Sorry Denpilot, that sucks!!
They're supposed to look at my app today or monday, i'm a little worried now since we have about the same qualifications!! (i don't have any tickets though, but i can't imagine that is why it happened!)

passrider.com works well. Keep in mind you might see multiple flights for the same departure time operated by different airlines. In some cases it could actually be just 1 flight, but show up twice because of codeshare agreements.

thank you! the wife is 'now' stating that she isn't all that interested in moving if i get the job, so now i need to find out what would be the most painless base to commute to from Akron/Canton Ohio. I'm thinking it's going to be ORD.
United has 3 flight every day except Saturday going to ORD.
Info Depart Arrive Via Duration Flight Numbers Meals Aircraft
(i) CAK 6:00am ORD 6:40am 1h40m United6195 ER4
(i) CAK 10:46am ORD 11:17am 1h31m United6025 ER4
(i) CAK 6:44pm ORD 7:23pm 1h39m United5942 ER4
And 3 flight home every day except Saturday:
Info Depart Arrive Via Duration Flight Numbers Meals Aircraft
(i) ORD 7:53am CAK 10:04am 1h11m United6025 ER4
(i) ORD 4:03pm CAK 6:14pm 1h11m United5942 ER4
(i) ORD 9:15pm CAK 11:26pm 1h11m United6177 ER4
If anyone has commuted into ORD before, would this be a workable?
I realize this is all premature since i don't even have a job yet, but i'm just trying to get my ducks-in-a-row so i'm not flying blind IF i get an offer. Married with a child, house and 2 cars, i need to start planning now if i'm going to take this leap. Thanks guys!

83 flights a day are all well and grand, but if your trip ends at 8, and you can't get home..that stinks something fierce!
Also, looking on passrider.com..it looks like you have 3 flights on ERJs to ORD (UA)..LGA has 2 on a 717 though (airtran has always been awesome to me J/Sing)...you can't get anywhere else unless you two leg it (ATL has a bunch)
