To the guys considering ERJ or CRJ, remember that the CRJ fleet is primarily very junior FOs. So there won't be much movement caused by FOs upgrading and leaving the CRJ. For example, the top half of JFK ERJ FOs have been awarded upgrades, but there aren't any LGA CRJ FOs close to upgrading.
Find a good coffee shop with free wifi halfway to ORD and hang out there when you are getting close to being called out

Lol, no I wasn't implying that CRJ or ERJ guys get called more often, but these days you can expect to be called on whatever aircraft you fly.
