TT not quite, I'm about 20 hours short. PIC more than plenty. My internal rec at Eagle felt I was close enough to give it a shot, so he walked my stuff in along with a recommendation. No worries. Just keep doing my thing and try again.

Your rec let you down. Those are hard times. Keep plug'n away though.
If your stuff is squared away, they'll get to you.

So you didn't have the required 800 and 250?
what are your TT's?
If you dont mind me asking, what were your TT's.

Just another FYI folks...these maybe some reasons why you didn't get hired or an interview:
- If you don't have your paperwork straight or your info on airline apps doesn't match your logbook/resume
- If you come to the interview without the correct information that is requested
- If you have multiple checkride failures
- If you have numerous traffic citations on your police report
- If you don't have 250 PIC
- CHECK YOUR SPELLING ON YOUR APPS
Along with other compaines, we do need the help. Good luck folks!

-Current First class medical, if you apply with a first class from 2 yrs ago that will be a quick denial.
-Restricted Radiotelephone (RR) license.
-Instrument Current.
The RR license is easy to get, google it pay 60 bucks and get your number from the same website the next day. Same as for a medical just take a few hours out of your day to get it.
These items must all be current prior to applying. Keep in mind that they do go back to your original application to look for discrepancies. On that note don't put that you have 800 hours when you apply when you actually have 780 because they will go back to verify that you did have the hours you stated when you applied.
As for hiring at minimums. I was hired and started march 28th applying at 805/200. Started AE with about 850 TT. Now just need another 2150 before I can upgrade to captain, but it will be about 3-5 yrs before my senority number is called for an upgrade.

I didn't mean they literally let you down, just a little tounge and cheek. They can still forward your info again when you get your time up.
Sorry to touch a nerve. Hope you get on.

Had my interview today. There were 13 applicants. I know at least 7 of us made it and I know for sure 2 didn't. The others were still going through the motions. It was an awesome experience. Got the pre-offer so now I'm just waiting on background check and employment verification. I've got about 2050TT and 333 Multi. There were others in the class with more and less. Probably half were CFI's. At the start they said they were looking to hire 700 pilots this year and they had already hired 200 this year. They said the number just keeps increasing, crazy days.
