You're correct. I flew with a good one this week. He let me do my job and I watched my crews backs. We even had an emergency...got our crap done and came home to our families. We both showed leadership.

Did I say that? No.

And it's "advice" not "advise."

Thanks a lot and thanks to everyone with good wishes. I think it's funny how some people assume that just because you don't have tons of time you are automatically a 21 year old just out of flight school with SJS. I am over 30 and have had many different jobs with lots of real world experience. I did the CFI thing and have my CFI CFII and MEI. I am taking a huge paycut so I can go do the thing I love doing. If it doesn't work out then it doesn't work out. It's better to have tried and found out you didn't like it then to have never tried and go your whole life wondering. I know I will give 110% to my studies, my training and ultimately my job. Just because someone doesn't have 2000 hours doesn't mean they don't know how to be a good pilot.
So too answer the one persons question, yes I do think 900 total time and 75 multi is enough because I know myself and know I can do it.
Too answer the other persons question about the Jet transition course, they offered me a week earlier but I asked for Dec. 3rd because I still have a obligation to my current employer and I didn't want to screw them with messing with the holiday schedule staffing
Sorry for the rant and I look forward to seeing everyone on the line! :-)
