That alone would be around a 2,000 dollar pay cut for any rsv FO and obviously even more for a rsv captain.

Also Perdiem cut to like 1.60 i think with no increase
Each level looses 1 week of vacation accrual
Captains take a 5% pay cut and are capped at 15 years.

We'll fix 1.60 by flying slower and not being helpful.
Vacation is fixable by using more sick calls
Not sure how people stay at regional for 15 yrs. Yet I'm half way there 8yrs.

I think we can all agree Tony saw this and said looks good to me, want to make it a TA. And here we'll give you pbs. Only person impressed by Tony's horrible work is those who have done the same crap at national .

All you need is Denzel on your side.

the worst part of this thing is the reserve rules part. There will be basically no reserve lines anymore, because reserve days will be mixed into reserve lines. Anytime you have a conflict/change/ioe drop/cx training etc you will be on RSV that day. This is great for them with the up coming rest rule changes. If we allow them to just plug in RSV days whenever they want, we will see a 25% reduction in the pilot staffing needs.

Displacement bid out. 100+ CA's about to get displaced.

at least the vacancy match the displacement, so hopefully still no furloughs. What I dont get is we seem FAT on FOs but SHORT on CA??

wow that's a lot of movement..but the FO side does seem fat..there's about 50 ORD CRJ FOs on rsv..now will the 15 vacancies add to that number or will the bottom 15 be moved elsewhere?

Anyone notice how they want to increase the language to include up to 76 seat aircraft. So in other words they want to get E175s and not have to pay us any more for it? This whole proposal is a joke.

I say we call their bluff. I'd rather find a new job than work under all of these proposed rules.

Prefer going to the judge WITHOUT alpa, I will do better.

American Eagle Airlines cannot INDEPENDENTLY, from AMR Corporation, offer the Bankruptcy Court a "restructuring/re-organization/business plan" and as such, cannot petition the Bankruptcy Court to abrogate the American Eagle Pilot Agreement under Section 1113 of the Bankruptcy Code without submitting a comprehensive "business plan". This bankruptcy is an AMR Corporation bankruptcy and not an American Eagle Airlines' bankruptcy
