Please do not pick up OT this weekend. Do not bite the companies hook, if they need pilots so bad, they should not have furloughed. Maybe take a peak at N3D and if anyone says OT for reason, remember their name!

Ohhh please, this never works. More power to the peeps that fly OT. They will furlough regardless if you pick OT or not.

Well I personally won't do it, but that stuff doesn't work here. Been going on for years. Calling out fellow employees won't do anyone any good either. What does it really accomplish? Nothing!

Some of us have circumstances that you don't understand - like out of sick time and medical bills. I'll pick up OT if it's offered & if you have a problem with it I suggest you speak with me first before blabbing it to the world.

You can draw your lines in the sand how you want. I draw mine here, there is zero reason to pick up OT when we are furloughing. Period. We are still some what of a brother hood. If its that important trip trade into higher time trips there cowboy.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what keeps your pilots on the street and keeps a clear message from getting to management. I'm with the others, get my guys/gals off the street and then I'll think about picking up OT to help the company with Irregular Ops (short staffed). Until then, the company can kiss it.
