Looks like Captain Tony is dead on. Do you really think Phil cares about picketing at the airport while he's at home drinking martini's and eating filet mignon?

The Pinnacle pilots worst nightmare, horrible management and a inadequate union.

A work action is the only thing that's gonna move the Pinnacle needle.

Your choice...

1- Strike (won't happen with the NMB and MEC background)
2- Writing every single item up/call in sick.

That's it, no other real options. Anyone doubt me?

"I fly Delta passengers and made $22000 last year."

"I got 5 hours of sleep in an Econolodge last night."

"I've been on duty for 15 hours when I'm taking your family into that snowstorm landing."

That's the stuff that gets attention, gets people to notice, and embarrasses those in charge.
ALPA won't allow that (we tried it). The lawyers are too concerned ALPA will get sued for defamation. Yes, I'm serious.

Yeah. Walk around in circles at the airport for a few hours on your 1 day off for the week. That'll show 'em!

What suggestions do you have to be the safest? What are some items that in your opinion get overlooked and need to be addressed?

Are you kidding me? The answer to that question is like AFLAC. "Ask about it at work"!

A few starters: every spoiler has 2 bonding straps that need to be there.
The gear doors have bonding straps.
Spare fuses need to be there.
ADG placard needs to be there. Really any red placard.
Nosewheel steering on/off label needs to be there.
The little mechanism that is under your knee to move it up needs to have ALL it's parts and work correctly.
Parking brake handle loose?

There are plenty of others. The key is to stand up and take one for the team if you have to. If it's broke at the outstation write it up!

Do a search for others.

Are you refering to Pinnacle pilots? They are so upety aren't they? It's like they think they are too good for food stamps and section 8 housing. You're right. They are being greedy.

Default Picket Sign Suggestion

"I fly Delta passengers and made $22000 last year."

"I got 5 hours of sleep in an Econolodge last night."

"I've been on duty for 15 hours when I'm taking your family into that snowstorm landing."

How about... "I was fired for refusing to fly while injured"...the termination paperwork was process WHILE I WAS IN THE EMEGNECY ROOM !... Yes really I have the docs to prove that!

If these are really Pinnacle Pilots could you please contact me!
I was fired 4 years ago for refusing to fly while injured.
I did EXACTLY what ALPA instructed me to do.....
And then ALPA has done almost zero...zip...nada
My grievance was withdrawn "with prejudice"
I never got my Termination meeting w/ management so that I could produce my doctor's notes.
No Grievance Process
No Arbitration
Nothing......
I have spoke with current ALPA officers.....
I asked for their position in writing...... nothing
ALPA National knows ...still nothing

The story is a little complex.
But the simple version: "I did exactly per advice from ALPA....and then they all but walked away"... I have the documents....or lack thereof.

I refused to fly while injured. I ....said....NO. And I got fired. After 3.5 years, I finally got my first class medical in Sept but now I can't buy a job. I would like my old job back.

I did exactly what we all say we should do...and I lost my job...(Career)
What do I want from my Pinnacle brothers? Could you please stir some discussion on this issue?

And I would love talking discretely with any/all
Thanks
