We appreciate the clarification... I know that. Sorry I misspoke there, that you guys "took back" that flying which we were given...
That was the greatest day ever, by the way, we all had a good time in the crew-room... Pinnacle did such an excellent job that day that they had to actually insource the outsourced work to get it done.

No problem. If there is anything else I can do to help, just let me know.

Insource 76-seat jets...
It's bad enough that DAL has so much outsourcing... but to outsource the first-class product??? Wowza... (though we do our best to provide as good a service as we can for them)

Here are a couple points.
1. Pinnacle Airlines creates Pinnacle corp. Pinnacle corp then buys Colgan. Colgan grows exponentially while Pinnacle inc pilots are downgraded and displaced. Not 1 downgrade and displacement but 2.
...
We have had 0 growth over the last 3 years. Colgan has grown by leaps and bounds. Mesaba was furloughing and parking saabs. Pinnacle buys them and finds more flying for the Mesaba pilots. Pinnacle pilots still stagnant with no growth.

Integrated crews WILL take issue with eachother in the cockpit, arbitrator or no arbitrator.

I agree, on both comments. We are fighting on two fronts. Management liking the outsourcing is understandable. Alpa is another.

I would say otherwise if they are professionals. I have flown with many of the XJ furloughs over at 9E and have not run across a single one that brings any type of negative attitude. Even when discussing Sli.... If both guys are professional, they will get along just fine. If 1 of the two has a bad attitude it will be "one of those trips". If both are unprofessional, both will most likely be getting a call from Pro Standards or possibly a carpet dance (if it is a serious issue).

If I'm not mistaken, eventually you will be able to bid to ANY base & aircraft, so Mesaba and Colgan growth has not come at the expense of Pinnacle pilots. Why don't you ask a Piedmont pilot how they feel about our US Airway LGA Saab flying. At least you will be able to fly Mesaba and Colgan flying in the future if you so choose. Your pity party is sad.
And how was that contract and SLI with Colgan going before the purchase of Mesaba?....Thats what I thought.
