ASA DTW 700/900 Base Rumor

Assuming they don't have 90 guys/gals bid up there, it will get junior real quick as they will have to displace in inverse senority from the bottom up. I think you would have 30-50 people bid per seat on their own then the rest will be displacements.

These two quotes make me think that there will be reductions in all positions at ATL.

"This does not mean there will be reduction of 56 crews from the ATL CRJ700/900 base."....."A reduction in ATL CRJ200 Captains and First Officers will more than likely be a part of this overall bid."
These two quotes make me think that there will be reductions in all positions at ATL.

In other words, 24 additional -700 crews, with 56 of them going to DTW means around 30 reductions in ATL. At least that's my understanding of it.

Ya but those reductions will be from the bottom of the 200 up. The question is: do they have to offer 56 vacancies in DTW open to all bidders first, or can they just put a vacancy out for 24 spots in DTW(assuming that's where they would be) then displace the remaining 32 guys from the 200 in ATL?
