3. depends... SoCal Emb might not sit reserve at all... DEN(SLC?) CRJ RSV love you long time. Upgrades are currently running 5 years on the EMB, 7-8 years for the CRJ.

Most JR awards right now are 4.5 years on the EMB (12/06 hire) and 5 on the RJ (a 5/06 hire is in the June upgrade class and the July class just awarded included a 3/06 hire).

True, but that doesn't mean everyone at 4.5 years is upgrading. Alot of FO's that did not take the first open upgrade during the last boom are now doing it. It could be at least another year or so to go through more senior FO's to upgrade before the 2007 guys can upgrade. My thoughts anyways.
