I would say that as long as a Colgan guy doesn't rub his good fortune in another groups face, everything should be fine.

I think there's gonna be a good mix of everyone from all companies going to the different operations for various reasons.

As he said... Just don't rub it in, and fly the plane and have a good time

Come on, like Colgan pilots are going to show up in MSP and walk into the crew room and yell "Victory!"

Here is a thought. Let's all stop getting our feelings hurt like little girls and accept that what done is done. I'm not going to get upset when/if a PCL or MSA pilots comes to IAH and bumps me or takes a spot that I wanted. If anything I would try and make friends with the guy because it sucks being the new kid in base.

Maybe treating each other as fellow pilots and less like "mini Blochs" may make the crew rooms better for all.

"The more you know" (dun dun dun dun)

I really would like to see all the Colgan guys stop claiming the jets are ours, even though it's sarcasm. Its tacky.

You know, it's real easy to be the "bigger man" when you hit the lotto.

I suggest to you if people wanna be p*ssed, let them be p*ssed. Keep your head low, shut your mouth, and let people come to grips with all of this in their own time.

Do not sit in the corner and sulk, it draws attention to you in a negative way, draw attention to yourself, but on your own terms...
