That wasn't the argument. The argument was if the CA who gets displaced and now has to commute has it as bad as the 3 year FO who now might have to sit FO for 2 more years. It never was a discussion about worse than a downgraded CA, everyone knows that's the case. Purdue never said he was one of those downgrades, so as far as im concerned he's just a regular FO. He threw the downgrade into the argument as a curveball when it had nothing to do with what I was talking about.

So the 1000/100 mins are going to apply across the board now because all new hires will be going to the Colgan certificate correct?
