Don't take it personally Munky. Anytime a 9e pilot disagrees with him he is accused of working for Colgan, no matter how many times your post says/implies/infers you are at 9e...

What BS? You mean facts?

In Dec I posted about the upcoming BK. Menke comes out and basically tells us that BK is most likely the best route for us. Just two weeks ago I posted that Corp was looking to divest its ATL 900 flying and Colgan props, something that was posted in an article by the Commercial Appeal, a local MEM newspaper.

You mean the bankrupcy before the year (2011) ended?
See the other thread about the Commercial Appeal.....

I'm going to apply to Gojet to fly -700's
All you regional guys wanting to fly anything bigger than a -200 are hypocrites they belong at Mainline.
the list goes on but I don't want carpal tunnel...

What happens at AMR when they get bent over the 1113c table remains to be seen- hopefully the scope line is able to be held.
This remains to be seen. Instead of trying to convince us this is the case, your energy would better be spent trying to educate your peers at your airline. Following the Delta L&G's it sounds like many of your co-workers are more concerned about buddy pass priority.

No thanks, that's too much green on green, just a disaster waiting to happen. I have 4k+ hours on the -200, and I would liked to have upgraded on that. But that's a pipedream now. Instead, you'll have the opposite: guys from Colgan coming to the RJ-200 with zero jet time, zero -200 time, and potentially with a brand new FO at JFK. That's another accident/incident/violation waiting to happen.
If you're so concerned about that sort of situation, does this mean you won't be taking a Saab or Q Captain spot when the opportunity arises?

2 posts about pass priority and that's what you latch on to?

I'm not trying to convince you of anything... I'm was responding to ignorant statements.

The vast majority of Deltoids on these forums are what is known as scope hawks among the union types. The absolute and number 1 priority in the contract is scope.

Keep it that way. 100 seat scope relief will destroy what's left.

You're dang right about that. If you hadn't noticed, DL bought in 1.2 billion last year... contract openers are in a month. So long as ALPA has the least amount of cajones, thinks should be moving in the right direction in the scope department.

Shyguy speaks like he has his foot out the door. Put the pieces together. He's now "above" us in his mindset. Time will tell if his jump will end up in a puddle or a step up.
