Flown jets been there done that. Your job is a joke everyday I fly it's hand flown to some smally crummy airport with bs weather reporting. Ice up the wazoo and a runway that is marginal at best so don't cry to me about your mel autopilot. Twice as fast means nothing anybody can deal with speed.

What outfit does this guy work for? I'm gonna have to add it to the list of companies I won't let my family on, unless it's already there.
Silver Airways (Gulfstream Airways)
Well, moot point then, they were already number 1 on the list.

Cruz, you sure quickly went from hoping you'd get on with them to being remarkably defensive of a company that really doesn't deserve defense. Do they pay you extra to come promote their excellence on a random forum? (Sounds like something GoJet would do based on the recent threads.)

Though an accurate statement I'm trying to figure out the relevance of such a factoid to this discussion.

Also - to be fair to Cruz about the supposed jet time - he did say in the one post that "Handflying in the worst weather is more rewarding than any of the flying I've done on a RJ."

I don't care what one thinks of Silver but I think it's amusing saying I won't fly on them from a safety stand point. Morally sure say what you want even I'd throw in some funny quips over a beer or two.
