At just 81 airplanes, all CAs and all FOs will be topped out at their respective payscales, 12 yrs and 4 yrs. Newer airlines like GoJets, Silver, and other new entrants can do it cheaper with a lower longevity pilot group. There's no financial reason to keep a super senior pilot group going. I honestly don't think it bodes well with Delta considering how Comair went. You have the exact same setup. Comair at one point was also 130+ CRJs, but soon they shrunk down to 80 planes, then down to 44. The pilots took concessions several times to keep the place afloat, and even had "fleet guarantees" written on paper, signed in a contract, with Delta. Sound familiar?

Gumm has been in charge of Freedom, Comair till they went away. I am not totally sure of his credentials are but his past speaks volumes. I do not want anything to happen to Pinnacle but Gumm may be "writing on the wall?"

Delta will build us up and sell us.

What is they say.....Ignorance is bliss!

You might want to get a back up plan ASAP! I bet all of you will be on the street in less than 2 years. Pretty much how long it took us to be shut down after we moved to DTW.

Richard Anderson can pretty much suck on it as far as I am concerned! I quit the airlines and have removed my Delta app because of that prick!

You guys are on the same path and Gumm is at the wheel! Good Luck!

Delta has a plan and its gonna involve pumping Pinnacle with a lot of CRJ 900s. I don't think anyone on this subject is even close to what will happen to Pinnacle. Will have to wait and see!

Why? Why have CAs and FOs topped out at 12th year and 4th year pay, when GoJets can do it cheaper with lower longevity too?

I see your in denial as well! Good luck with that thought!

Pinnacle is now the new Comair! Delta + ALPA = Your screwed! Look at our history! Think Pinnacle already has some reserved parking next to our old fleet in Kingman, AZ! Your 900's will go to the newest w h o r e s in town known as GoJets! And the regional cycle continues!
