Pinnacle just stopped paying for the LIDO subscription... JEPPS come back in 60-90 days. And yes while I hate to admit it... Mesaba did and is still making massive changes for the good. AQP will be coming soon as well. Aside from voting in this dump of a contract this place actually will start to look like an airline and not some crappy 135 outfit.

While I agree with you about Jepps being better than Lido, I have to disagree with you on the "massive changes for the good". Pinnacle has always done things on the cheap, but so has Mesaba. Pinnacle originally switched from Jepps to Lido because they were planning on going to the electronic flight bag version of Lido, and they saved thousands of dollars in the process. This whole plan came days away from being signed off on by the then current CEO Sean Menke. All the testing and approval of the FAA had been completed, Pinnacle just needed the upper managements to sign off on purchasing the Ipads. I would way rather have an Ipad lido subscription rather than paper Jepps. Oh well, its all water under the bridge now.

I never thought iPads would show up on property, and as we can see they never did and frankly I don't think they or any EFB will show up for a long time.

In their defense, it was close. As mentioned, all approvals an the FAA were taken care if, it was just a matter of final signoff. I remember in that timeframe two CA line checks, an the checkairman had the IPad with the charts loaded. All checkairman had it, and it was gonna happen before everything went down the toilet.
