It's actually been the opposite. A major portion of responsibility for Eagles current vulnerability (its "wheels falling off"), is BECAUSE of this corrupt circle. It's IMPARATIVE for Eagle pilots future to remove the top officers and especially the MEC chair if they want to have a chance at controlling their future. As long as these idiots stay in power, Eagle pilots are that much more in jeopardy.

Oh please. I know everybody outside of Eagle keeps wishing for the wheels to start falling off around here. If anything it is more of a compliment that so many people from other airlines and even flight schools (Mojo) are so concerned about Eagle.
This is an issue with our Union chairman and his attempts at silencing opposition. Hardly a doomsday moment for our airline at large.
