I had the same thing happen to me, I applied and then never heard anything. I figured "man, not even the regionals want me, what am I doing wrong?"
Then I checked my Bulk Mail, which I never really did, and Eagle's invitation for a call to interview was in the Bulk Mail. Take a look in there, it might be there.

Let these people have their fun and feel special because they spread doom over the interweb.
The real idiots are the ones who buy into what these people say. Worse, the ones who actually make career decisions based on their "predictions" and miserable attitudes.
If I had actually bought into any of these people's crap years ago I would still be doing run ups in a Cessna and looking for traffic at 1,500ft instead of getting ready to fly first class to Italy in a few days with my wife.

previous training manager had to me removed, because as a brand new type rated captain was on his way back home and found a recorded message saying that he actually failed, he was not supposed to pass. That alone would be bad enough but to add to the legal issues, that person was african american.
but all are free to believe what they want and interpret as they wish.
this training department at eagle has basically been taken over by the feds, the instructors and designated examiners like there cushy job and go out of there way to keep there jobs by busting pilots on there rides because that is what the faa poi wants.
we have had at least three examiners who have been demoted from examiners because they did not fail enough applicants, that is what the faa poi at eagle said and did.
so be on the ball in training, the feds ride half the rides with the applicants.

We do have two problems in the training center and they go by the initials CW and MA. They are protected by their golf pal Allen Hill. Both CW and MA had a "coming to Jesus" meeting with the FAA back in November due to excessive FOQ failures including a lawsuit being brought on CW by an FO. Allen Hill attempted to intimidate that FO, btw which made the situation worse.
Other than that there is no "conspiracy" in the AETC. Yes, Eagle does have the highest standards of training in the Regional industry. They also provide the highest quality training and have some of the best instructors in my opinion. People who have been 121 pilots for 20+ years training you as opposed to "Chad the Captain" like at other Regionals.

You haven't figured out yet that what makes sense on internet forums is not what makes sense in reality?

People have to stop freaking out, study and leave the nervous behind the sim door.
