Any guesses on how many will shift from CRJ ORD to NY and follow the plane? What percent are commuters that it would be indifferent vs just wanting to stay in base?

Go to the EMJ, if you really want to stay in ORD. At the end you will have better options in the future in the EMJ.

I will go to MIA...yay!!!

Where are you commuting from?

Thanks man. I'm putting in for the EMJ, as much as I don't wanna go back to training. I'm still hoping that they'll move some CRJs to DFW or MIA. I'll move to either, but never to NY, especially now with having to cover two airports. No thanks.

I checked my 3U/ORD/FO/CRJ/D code today and it showed my bidding status: 179 out of 178. Hilariously sad. LOL

Skyline, I haven't a clue. They're only moving four airplanes in late August for now. Chicago has a lot of commuters, but also a LOT of locals.

SJU and MCO...

Doble leg from the last 2 years from SJU to ORD (I do have an apt in Chicago). I'm buying a place close MCO.

I'm probably not going to chase it..NY is a harder commute.

I should be able to survive this bid but in the future I'm not chasing it to NY. It'll be Dallas EMB for me.

Yes, but some of them took the NYC codomicile and bid Mia. It was easier if they where just JFK, with LGA being part of the whole operation they chicken out.

Good thing about NY is that you can take the SJU redeye and be in NY at 5:45am.

MCO - MIA have around 9 flights a day in the 757. I just need to give me some flights before the last one to have a backup. Of course everyone thinks "I'll just go in the 10:30pm to MCO", which is full of commuters from AA. Lol
