Sorry Mason you are wrong

You miss the point. AAG pays RAH, RAH pay EMB. Yes, RAH signed the contract to buy planes. Where does the money come from to pay for them?
Same place as it would if AAG had bought them themselves.

The deal was delayed until the banks were sure the bk judge would approve the deal. Plus AAG pays the leases if rah defaults. What better guarantee for a bank.

Looks like new hires are getting base transfers while in training!

Ok, I have to plead ignorance on this. I'm just a lowly CFI with an invitation to interview with Eagle. What does the above even mean? And what are base transfers? And does Eagle have a base in LAX? I noticed on their route map that they have routes out of LAX, but LAX is not listed anywhere as a domicile.

Those are the bases and hire date of the most junior person in each status.

For instance: on the EMB-145 the most junior Captain was hired in May 2007.

Base transfer is exactly what it sounds like. A pilot transferring from one base to another. An FO based in JFK transferring to DFW for example.

While Eagle still flies to LAX we no longer have a base there.
