No. I want to compare the contract YX, XJ and Envoy were trying to achieve before you sold them out. You signed up for 2008 rates on that size aircraft. Your right the YX contract is way to old and full of holes, but the pilots are at least standing up for what's right and trying to fix it. Now go away child, your involved in something you are way too immature to fully comprehend.

Maybe someone more familiar can answer this. I was reading the agreement today and it sounds like all AAG has to do is OFFER 3 spots a month. If the first 100 pilots are 55+ it could take a while before the first PDT pilot flows! At least that's how I'm sure AAG management will interpret it

We can only sit back and watch as AAG screws them over now that they suckered them into lowering EJet rates across the regionals.

2 Classes of 22 new hires (44) going on this month. AAG wants Piedmont a junior Airline. Look for more then 3 a month to flow at first. Gotta get rid of all those 25 plus year guys.
300 Pilots and I'd say about half the first 100 will opt in on the flow. Many will actually want to fly the 175's and remain Captains. However look for many upgrades in the Dash's.
As the fleet grows the number that flow to AA will increase by the same %.

I can't wait to see what kind of hoops the training department makes their pilot group jump through in order to fly the shiny new jets. After all, they pride themselves in being the toughest in the industry! Anyone know the net buoyancy force on an EJet given a mass density index of 64.3 cm^3 with a net displacement of 200,000,000 ml of water?
