Just to clarify: the cba will be delayed another 2-4 years regardless of the passage of the LOA. Think about that.

Just so there is no confusion. It is a counter offer not an LOA. He was very vocal NO to the notion of industry leading rates (per the NC) for first officers proposed by our Union (rates have not been disclosed).

Industry average however....

You are right, sorry. Mind is stuck on LOA because that's what it will have to be if it goes to a vote.

I'm still undecided. Loon, Unclenobby: In your opinion are you worried if we sign this, BB now has his failed TA with no cancel pay or any other improvements, therefore no reason to negotiate further? This is a pickle and we are all going to have to look real close at before we vote. I am personally hoping the union counters to protect our position. I hope everyone votes with facts and conscience and not emotion. I was a NO, now I'm undecided. Still very skeptical though.

These rates have already been voted on. No point in flogging a dead horse.

Precisely why I hope the union counters before drafting an LOA. Guess well see.

As the largest operator of E-Jets you should have the best pay rates and workrules for that plane.
