Wow...$1500 per referral. You can say a lot about AWAC but you can't say they don't know how to compensate people. I am now offering FREE AWAC interview prep for any Shmoe typed in CL65.

If you have the cohones to work with no job security flying a roughed up 50 seater for a real paycheck and not some type of high school kids fast food paycheck on shiny new 70 seater then give ma a call.

You know what else is peculiar? They are also looking to recruit more checkairman. I know we loose some here and there to the majors but its not often we see a Help Wanted sign in the training department.

Wasn't the $1,250 referral bonus contingent on the applicant getting through their probation year? Does this new PIF change this?

I doubt that policy changed...

I do know that it is very busy in the training department.

Don't think it specified, but if it's anything like the referral bonus from 7 years ago, it was split. I think a few hundred up front, and the rest when they made it through probation.

Dispatcher too. Not sure if it's more than one opening though according to the hiring e-mail we got this week from HR.

apparently FA hiring has been through the roof as well. Granted, the turnover rate of FAs is extremely high anyways.
