AWAC to fly for DL???

Wow...$1500 per referral. You can say a lot about AWAC but you can't say they don't know how to compensate people. I am now offering FREE AWAC interview prep for any Shmoe typed in CL65.
If you have the cohones to work with no job security flying a roughed up 50 seater for a real paycheck and not some type of high school kids fast food paycheck on shiny new 70 seater then give ma a call.

AWAC announcement from CP for recruiting incentives for "We are now pleased to offer an additional incentive for pilots with previous 121 experience in the CL-65 within the previous 12 months" seems will be needing pilots to quickly go through training, quicker than usual for some reason.....

Don't think it specified, but if it's anything like the referral bonus from 7 years ago, it was split. I think a few hundred up front, and the rest when they made it through probation.

Dispatcher too. Not sure if it's more than one opening though according to the hiring e-mail we got this week from HR.

apparently FA hiring has been through the roof as well. Granted, the turnover rate of FAs is extremely high anyways.
