Is RAH really that bad?

The company is simply dragging it's feet concerning PRIA requests. Per the law, they have 30 days to respond to a PRIA request. They're just waiting 29 days or so. I have no idea if it's causing any issues for folks in class at better jobs. I'd imagine that some companies may hold off on extending a job offer until the PRIA stuff is in hand.

If for 40h a week, that person is only responsible for sending out pria, then it's spiteful

Yes, I know for a fact that the old battle axes that run the Human Remains department wait as long as possible on purpose. They will only process the pria once they are forced to by the deadline and not any sooner.
Like I have said before, RAH HR operates as if it still thinks that pilots are begging to come to work there.
Good luck on getting a contract by summer. I would just love to see the NMB release you guys and watch Bedford lose control just for an evening. The guy is a first class douche bag.

I doubt they will see a contract anytime soon. From what I hear BB is trying to stall yet again. I hope you guys fight for at least 12k per pilot signing bonuses. That's what he is giving the new hires I guess.
