What about those of us that have "interned" by flying united Pax and their Reginal aircraft for years? We all need flow.

Yes, that's the guy. He was hired at Commutair and is telling people its United. He may have passed the United interview (which you get when hired at commutair), So, yes he will flow into United after a year or so of Captain at Commutair first....

He was referring to the chart posted that show actual pilots hired at United.
