United had an internship program that had a few in almost each class. It was a very competitive program and from what I heard they were sharp guys/gals and they were hired at lower times.
Look at how United hired woman and minorities also with much lower minimums. Is it right? Depends on who you ask.

You get hired at Commutair and tell people its United lol. Yes they have an interview program set up, doesn't mean you're a United pilot. That person won't fly United steel or make a United paycheck for many years still.

Yes, that's the guy. He was hired at Commutair and is telling people its United. He may have passed the United interview (which you get when hired at commutair), So, yes he will flow into United after a year or so of Captain at Commutair first....

He was referring to the chart posted that show actual pilots hired at United.
