Yeah, I was just trying to point out that many current FOs and captains qualify and so it's no just for new hires.

Back in the late 90's, a bunch of legacy pilots told me to avoid aviation universities and get a "useful" degree. When 2001 rolled around, I was glad I took their advice. Fast forward to now and it's a complete 180. It's like being a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest.....

And beyond the initial 15 day window ...

It hasn't opened up for new applicants. Ever. Since.

So...tell us something else to convince us that it's all that and a bag of chips.

I'm not trying to convince you of anything. I was just trying to say that it applies to everyone. If you didn't meet the requirements in the initial 15 day window, it's highly unlikely you have met the requirements in the past 4 months since the window closed. Also, the gateway program does not preclude anyone from applying through the regular window, which I believe just opened.

So then just as you're not trying to convince me of anything I'm also not trying to convince you that these marketing tactics used by a stagnant and stale airline have little chance of successfully staffing this airline with new blood.

Yes, that's what I meant, AABI.
