I'm seriously considering a move to GoJet for an actual min day, commutable bases, and 75% deadhead pay

Did I mention none of our FOs have received the retention bonus and no one has received the promised hotel allowance. Just more lies from the PSA family.
Suicide is rarely a rational decision. Gojet is an airline run by a psychopath. He does not care in the least about his employees and has no remorse when he screws over an employee. If it is to his benefit to scar a pilot's record to make it harder for the person to leave what do you think will happen? Why pass someone on a checkride when you can fail the person, and pass him on the recheck. Suddenly you have an employee who will find it difficult to leave.

There are much better choices out there in my humble opinion. Don't forget Netjets, corporate, and Uber.

Doubtful they will have street captains. They have to lower the company mins prior to hiring street captains, per the contract, so those of us who came in with prior 121 may get a shot before the 1000 hours of company time.

Skywest offers that as well I'm pretty sure

That has already been done from what I was told.

They do. They also offer $10K less first year, and $16K less second year for FOs. Also, OO is about 2.5 years to upgrade right now, 9E is around 13-15 months. But OO wins, hands down, on domicile choice, IMO.

Not saying either is better, just throwing out some numbers for folks to compare.

It was not, I specifically asked that question in recurrent this past week, to the union, who stated it was not used. They were quick to point out it will likely need to be used in vacancies going forward.

I've rode that train and it would take way more than a $20,000 bonus to be worth being employed there. You are also leaving out the profit sharing and performance rewards at OO.

Things aren't anywhere near the same as they used to be. Management treats us very well now. Endeavor has performance bonuses just like Skywest and the profit sharing there doesn't add up to much.

I'm sorry you're still bitter about your time at the company during it's dark period, but to pretend it's the same now as it was is foolish.
