Signing bonus + (75hrs X base hourly X 12) + per diem(@325 hours TAFB X 12 months)= how little you will make annually. Pick/get the wrong airframe and the formula will repeat, with the difference being in the hourly annual rate and OBR times....

You can count whatever bonuses you want, but a first year FO will come out ahead at Endeavor every single time... And a second year, and a third year (but our upgrade is 14 months so...)

I'm a first year FO at Endeavor, and I'll make at least $70K this year. 5 months into the year and I'm sitting at $36k already.
