For catching a flight you have to factor in checking in, getting to the gate early, inefficient times of departure vs. your show time at LGA, getting bumped off of full flights, worrying about how you will get back to Bos at the end of your trip, and delays. There is no question here, drive to LGA and get a crashpad while on reserve.

That’s the general consensus from others Ive asked... LGA is a vicious drive and expensive to park and there are the tolls... Thank You for answering!!!

I was under the impression that ORD was easy to get out of class; looking at the last base drop this is a misconception?

For FOs, yes it is.

People are getting it like a month after Indoc. Basically as soon as they can bid for it in the computer system, just not on the initial paper bid in class

What is the situation like at ORD? I keep hearing that it's shrinking, but does it appear to be on the verge of extinction?

What do the lines look like there? How many, length of trips, commutability, time to hold a line?

I'm going to be commuting from AUS until I can get IAH and ORD seems like my best bet if I'm looking to avoid a 4 hour commuting leg without connecting.

As of now, IAH has gone pretty senior. Being a fairly base there has not been much growth at all. I am only expecting to get it next summer based on the current vacancies.

As far as I can tell, our staffing outlook for ORD does not show the numbers getting smaller. Only a handful of guys (F/O) were denied ORD on the latest bid. Not sure how many behind them are wanting it. I would imagine that you could get it out of training.

Latest info I had showed the junior DOH at IAH as a 1/23/18 hire on the FO side, so that would be about 5-6 months. Are you expecting less attrition there than at other bases due to its smaller size, or are you seeing something else?

Thanks!
