I was making a tongue in cheek response and thought of something wittier. Flow at all of the WOs will likely be 6-7 years for any new hires.
I have amazing QOL at PSA. I’m off 12-15 days /month and I credit anywhere from 105 to 125 hours /credit each month with our accelerated pay credit. Haven’t worked a major holiday I didn’t want to in years.

How many pilots on the list and how many flow a month?

New hire as of this moment could expect a roughly 9-10 year flow with our current projections. But 2020 is the first real year of big retirements and it only increases for several years. And even when it tapers off in 4-5 years the legacies are still retiring thousands. Our attrition will increase and our flow will increase also.
A lot is going to happen in the next few years at the regionals. I wouldn’t go anywhere today with the expectation that things are going to stay how they are. I’m not trying to get into a you know what measuring contest with you. PSA has been absolutely great for me 95% of the time. If Republic does that for you then that’s great. I’m not playing the “Who’s regional is the best regional”. Today’s trash is tomorrow’s treasure etc and this industry is incredibly cyclical. Get in where you fit in and try to enjoy the ride. Go to PSA, Envoy, Republic, CommutAir, Horizon... anywhere that floats your boat.

Just shy of 2000ish at PSA and we’re chugging along at 10 /month. We also have the highest attrition outside the flow of the 3 WOs. Way high for various reasons I won’t get into here beyond the obvious ones.

I’m just trying to get real numbers on flow. It sounds more like a 12-15 year flow if your numbers do not change.
