A Republic pilot has a very slim shot at AA. So you better hope you pass the Hogan for UAL or have F-18 experience for Delta.
Hopefully there’s 1,300 F-18 pilots for Delta to hire next year...

I have flown with tons of PSA pilots, Republic- very few. Go to PSA and try to jump the flow or go to the other airlines. You can always fall back on flow.

They pick up the C-17 drivers as a backup.

How long is the flow for a new hire at PSA? 15 years probably.

That wasn’t what you initially said... 25 years to flow currently for a new hire there? I’d rather have good QOL than hope for that flow to speed up.

Well said but I feel that the difference if if one chooses PSA, it could, if he/she decides to stay until the flow, be the last airline interview because sometime in the near future, he/she will be an AA pilot.

25 years is near future? If you want to flow to american go to ENY or PDT.

I was making a tongue in cheek response and thought of something wittier. Flow at all of the WOs will likely be 6-7 years for any new hires.

I have amazing QOL at PSA. I’m off 12-15 days /month and I credit anywhere from 105 to 125 hours /credit each month with our accelerated pay credit. Haven’t worked a major holiday I didn’t want to in years.
