Any questions for pilot/recruiter?

I see on the Republic Airways website "ATP CTP provided." Does doing this on Republic's dime incur an added time commitment for the new hire? Is there a downside to going through Republic for CTP? Also, I don't see anything about the ATP written or ATP certificate. Since the CTP is a pre-req for the written I assume that's in the package. What about the ATP flight eval?
You do the CTP atp about a week before.
You get a nice 1099 for it at the beginning of the next year. The CTP atp is not prorated and does not need to be paid back unless there’s something in the bonus that says you need to pay back the bonus plus the CTP ATP.

This is basically why I'm asking these questions. I assume there is a penalty of some sort if a regional pays for all this and then I leave at the one year mark. I can get the CTP and written done for $4500. If there is zero chance I would owe the company more than that then obviously I would let the airline cover it. But if the airline values their CTP at something more than that, I should just go ahead and get it on my own. I come from a world where if the company (USAF) gives you something of great value (upgrade, promotion, etc) they want something back.

The Lift guys are getting into class with only the 25hrs, so I’m assuming there is flexibility in the hiring requirements.
