You’ll have four days of grounds from 8am-5pm. You’ll then have one day of EFPT’s at the training center. You’ll have two days off and be given a rental car to drive to CVG (where they sent us) or STL. You’ll then be given three days with three four hour blocks in the full motion sims going over basic MCDU work, approaches, inflight weather, rejected t/o’s, v1/v2 cute and much more. They gave the majority of our group the 10pm-2am slots. It’s a huge leg up because it’s all done in the 170/175 sims. We’re leaving tomorrow to go back to Indy to take the written and start INDOC.

Thanks for that break down, basically two weeks for planning purposes. Class start is 11/17 so I figure CTP start will start around 11/4. Appreciate all the info.

If they can continue to do ATP-CTP in the 170/175 sim, every applicant is gonna have a huge leg up. It would only benefit Republic to try and keep that going

No more than any other transport category regional aircraft. Don’t come for the airplane alone.

How far out are y'all scheduling interviews from projected ATP time these days? I'm probably 10 months out, but I know training dates can fluctuate from immediately to quite some time.

That's likely because they allow you to pick a class date anytime there is an opening within six months of the offer. (at least they did 18 mos ago....). Farther out than that and you'd have to re-interview.

I have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 at ERAU and I graduate in May 2020, I would like to CFI back home and not at Riddle, can I still apply for the RJet Cadet Program / RJet Pilot Prep Program?

Yes sir! Cadet is for folks who are eligible for the ratp at 1000/1250 respectfully. Pilot Prep is for folks who have to meet the 1500 rule
