I used AA to get out of DFW today. Lucky enough to have a couple cool guys up front but they weren't shy about passing along how ****ed off their pilot group is. Thanks Teamsters. Once again showing why any other regional is a better choice than Republic.

Nice job completely removing my sentence from it's context, and deleting the part that you didn't like hearing because it didn't suit your narrative. We want a fair agreement. The unfairness has been swaying in the favor of AAG and it's pilots for years. Was it a strong reaction from our union? Sure, I won't debate that. Were there other avenues? Yeah, maybe. But we support our union, because at RPA we support each other as a pilot group as a whole. We're tired of being bumped by an F9, B6, WN whoever guy on AA flights and getting left behind, after just moving a bunch of AA passengers, ontime or early. Working hard, when your operation drops the ball, only to be ****ed on by your pilots when we try to get home. Despite what AAG pilots keep acting like, we aren't asking to have priority over them, we're simply asking for priority over OAL. AAG pilots already get this on AA flights. There isn't something that YX needs to change, the only change needs to come from AAG. It's already in your favor.
Now you want jumpseat priority on all three legacyies ahead of other non-owned airlines....
Can’t quit while you’re ahead eh?
I can see fixing the listing tool to flag you as FDJ, but you aren’t an AAG employee. If you wanted priority above the other OAL on AA/AE you should have gone to Envoy, PSA or PDT.
Pilots don’t pull RAH flights up, they pull up AA flights... some of which are operated by RAH. They aren’t buying seats from RAH, they’re buying them from AA. AA sells those seats, not RAH. They can replace RAH with their own at anytime. You have a 10 year CPA coming due soon.... Compass just got not renewed. AAG recently yanked 6 planes worth of flying away from Mesa too.
keep ****ing AAG off, good luck. Making them spend money to have the computer company come fix what really isn’t broke won’t make them happy.
Winning a battle won’t be worth losing the war you started when the CPA isn’t renewed.
All you’ve really done is put the target on your backs.

I guarantee they had a hand in the IVR staying. I think they care about their pilots showing up to work. On the other hand, they’ll pull you off a trip with out batting an eye. Who knows.

For a pilot group that sure spends so much time p*ssing and moaning about how much their management hates them, they sure seem quick to forget that fact when it's convenient.

You already have non-rev travel for you and your family on all three legacy carriers, that no mainline pilot has....
