Sounds like ATP course won’t be as bad as I thought. Would you say that systems was the most difficult part of the training lol?
You do not get reimbursed for Sheppard Air. I was assigned to L3 and I got a 10% discount. It is what it is though, small price to pay.

The in house option is no longer available as all the sims/instructors are booked for new hires/upgrades. Pretty much all ATP/CTP courses after around early/mid June have been outsourced.

If you do the course with ATP Jets, they fully reimburse but at L3 correct

I still have a few weeks of training left but I would say systems is the biggest hurdle. But the program is very well structured and how they do the at home studying for systems and scenarios helps you learn everything pretty well. Have plenty of time to prepare for the KV (oral) after the ethos home training

Everyone that got shipped to ATP has been (or should have been) reimbursed. Sheppard Air is included as a part of the course.

There are currently no training delays. We are one of the only airlines that is not experience a significant backlog.

If I’m not wrong, it is 1 week of CTP-ATP, then you go for Indoc for another 2 weeks. Then you go home and study for another 2 weeks. Then systems for another 3 weeks.. what is after? Does the timing sound correct?

Close, the general timeline is:

1 week - ATP-CTP
2 weeks - Indoc / GOS (Indianapolis)
2 weeks - ETHOS (at-home, systems study)
1 week - SHIFT (Indianapolis, in-person systems study)
1 week - EFPTs (Indianapolis)
1 week - FMTs (St Louis or Cincinnati)
1 week - line oriented training and evaluation

Then you’ll get 5 days off and start IOE in the real aircraft. As of now there are no delays.

The goal is 95 days Indoc to IOE completed.

This post is a blessing. Do you know how hard it is to get a recruiter to break this down for a potential new hire? Nothing against RPA recruiters.
