1300-1400 new hires over the 12 months and 120-130 per month by January came straight out of BB’s mouth.

If that’s the case, 1800 by the end of next year is certainly a possibility, assuming the seniority list continues to grow to match the growing operational need.

It will all make sense to you after you see the amount of pilots leaving over the next 6 months.

Training department said they want 1800 new pilots on property by end of next year.
Can someone confirm this? I haven’t received any communication on this. I would rather pay to time build 10 hours instead of getting a MEI.

That’s what my two friends who just received a CJO date said. I will reach out to one of the recruiters tomorrow and let you all know what they say.

I just reached out. The recruiter confirmed with me officially that training as of last Friday, is now accepting ANY pilot with only 25 hours of multi. No longer need 50. Spread the word!!

Just as an update on my end, spoke to my recruiter and she said that it’s still 44 multi for me and didn’t acknowledge that something else is being told. Hopefully, it really is 25.

lol, sounds like the Republic recruiting department that I remember. Different information from different people and no consistent standard. Always get one or two people showing up for training and instructors being like ohh ****, you're not qualified to be here, here's an airplane ticket back home.

Trust Republic recruiters like you would trust that Army recruiter at the strip mall down on Roosevelt St.

Whelp as of today it’s been exactly 2 weeks since my interview, just this morning got the email that they’re moving forward with other applicants. This was my first airline interview so I emailed hoping to get some feedback as to the decision-making process. Once again thanks for the help all of you!
