IOE Delay

FYI, at the moment there is no delay between LOE and IOE (except the 5 days per the CBA).

After my class they were known to have cut back on the size of the new hire classes to give them time to catch up (close to 15 than 25 students per class). In a month or two we may begin seeing the effects of the raise at the other regionals. An interesting side effect will be that those regionals will have their training departments overwhelmed and likely to be long delays to begin and complete training. A few may come to YX anyway just because we won't have any delays.
